can I send the necessary documents here directly.
because my institution said they sent it 2 weeks ago.
so I am confused which one is correct.
That’s why I just sent it here so it could be processed quickly.
because I have a dependent that I have to prosess after this.

hello emgs I have sent the required documents a week ago.
but until now the process hasn’t changed to green.
Please update my process immediately because I still have to make a visa renewal for my dependents.
my passport no: C3493483.
