Hi Yu Zhenkun,
The EMGS supporting letter for your student pass has been issued to your institution, and they will be arranging for the endorsement of the student pass at the State Immigration Office. In the event that the student pass was issued, the institution is required to submit the copy of the student pass in order for us to process the ikad and complete the application.
