Dear EMGS team , I am writing to seek your guidance regarding the cancellation of my student visa sticker. Unfortunately, I am currently facing a medical emergency that prevents me from submitting my passport for the visa cancellation process in person.
Given my situation, I am unable to travel back to Malaysia to complete the cancellation at this time. I would like to know what steps I should take in this scenario. Specifically, I am concerned about the following:
1. If I am unable to cancel my visa sticker now, would I face any issues entering Malaysia in the future, for instance, if I need to travel for my graduation ceremony?
2. Is there any way to expedite the cancellation process remotely or through alternative arrangements, given my medical condition?
I would greatly appreciate your advice on how to proceed, as I want to ensure compliance with all regulations while managing my current health challenges. Please let me know if any supporting documents, such as a medical certificate, would be required to facilitate this process.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance. I look forward to your response.
Yours sincerely,
Yusra Syed
