I hope this message finds you well. My name is Yusra Syed (Passport: Z7743390), an international student joining Monash University. I am required to complete the EMGS medical screening, but I have lost my immunization records.

The health center in Qatar requires an in-person doctor’s appointment to issue an international vaccination certificate, and the earliest availability is in April. This delay would impact my enrollment, as my course begins in February.

Could I provide a blood test to confirm my vaccination status or take one at your facility? Kindly advise on how to proceed or direct me to the appropriate department.
