I was told that emgs is waiting for my institution to approved my official results, my question here is which of the institution?
The one I applied for PhD admission (U.S.M) or the one I did my B.Sc. and MSc.?

My name is Hadejia Aliyu Yunusa with passport number A11977896, I write to enquire about my status regarding eval, my institution told me that they uploaded the official transcript to your site but rejected, we don’t know where the problem is kindly help please.

Good day, my name is Hadejia Yunusa Aliyu with passport number A11977896, please I have an issue, I have applied for e-val since last month I was asked to send the original masters transcript I did, but uptil now the percentage is still 15%.

Can you help please
