My name is Xie Yuke, and my passport number is EK4365180. I am a student at Taylor’s University. Due to special circumstances, my visa expired on November 11, and I submitted my passport to the university on November 18 to apply for a Special Pass. The required payment has already been made.

I would like to kindly inquire about the status of my passport. Has EMGS received my passport and completed the visa application process? I urgently need my passport this week for medical reasons and hope to retrieve it by Monday.
