Dear officer,
Good morning, my name is YANG YUE and my passport number is EC7249937. My institution submitted the passport and documents last Thursday. And My special pass expires on May 25th. May I know when my application can be reopened? Thanks for your time.

  Kindly be advised that your renewal application is closed due to non-passport submission. Therefore, the institute is required to request to reopen the application via email to proceed further. In the event, that your Institution has submitted the request, kindly provide us the email case number in order for us to follow up with your application status.
