Hello Emgs staff
My passport number is EK9382039. I notice that my Emgs process is still 35% for about 11 days. But according to the information in the official website, the maximum day is 7-10 days. So I want to know what happened and ask me for any help if you need. Have a nice day.

  Hi Yu Duo,
  Your application for a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) was submitted to the Immigration Department on 8 August 2024. It will take approximately 7-10 working days excluding Public Holidays and weekends to issue the approval. Any updates will be notified accordingly.

Hello. My passport number is EK9382039. I notice that emgs process has stayed in 15% after 26th July. Is there any wrong with my documents? I will be glad if you can deal with my application faster.
