Dear Officer,
Hello and sorry to bother you. My name is Yuan Ruiwei and my passport number is EJ2675196. I wanna remind you that my VAL status is maintained at 15 percent for a few days. the visa department of UKM informed me that they have submitted the additional documents to EMGS. Could you please verify the documents and update the status as quickly as possible? I only have a week left of the online course offered by UKM. I will appreciated it if you can help me. Thank you.

  As per checking, your application is pending additional documents from the Institution to resume your application process. Kindly liaise with your institution to submit the required documents to us at their earliest convenience in order for us to resume processing your application.
