It means you should submit your passport to uni and wait until it’s 100

supposedly when you arrive in Malaysia, that’s when it reach 100% according to my friends that already there
No I am already in Malaysia but it is now on 80%
When u arrive, do the medical test, submit passport to uni, then wait until it’s 100 and the university will tell you to collect it
