Thanks Emgs I got the eval yesterday and I download it already my application status now 80% so I have question what I should to do now travel to Malaysia or there any next steps.

The processing of a VAL application takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Libyan students may enter Malaysia with the VAL and will be given ‘Visa On Arrival’. Please contact your institution and inform them about your travel details.
