I would like to know my status my passport number is R0385882 my institution has submitted the required documents since a week ago there no updates so far please need update

  Your Student Pass renewal application is currently on hold as we require the deferment approval letter. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit the letter at their earliest convenience.
