Hi Younis,
We received the additional documents on the 8th of September. We will review the submission and upon approval, we will process your application further. Kindly note that the Immigration Department is currently not issuing VALs to new international students. As such, we are unable to advise when the eVAL will be issued. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

There is about 7 days remain until the deadline for paying the fees is over and paying the fees must be after getting the VAL. So what can I do?
@younis_2 The Immigration Department is currently not issuing VALs to new international students. Your institution is aware of this. Kindly refer to them for assistance.
