Dear EMGS team,
My passport number is M79707355, and my application number is ME701191804.
My application is stuck at 35%, showing that ‘pending additional documents from the institution’.
Do I need to contact the institution or just wait?

Hi,
Kindly be informed that the Immigration department require institution to submit copy of passport pages that shows the latest exit stamp. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS in order for us to resume processing the application.
