since I have submitt my passport
to the school on 21 February, the
process on EMGS system showed
80% on 29 February, but there is
no update for a long time. The
email from EMGS said it will take
about 14 wording days from
receiving the passport, but why it

Hi,
Kindly be informed that we received your passport on 22 February 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
