Dear Sir or Madam, my name is FENG YIXUAN passport number EK6582943, last Wednesday I have already handed over the material for my student visa renewal to UM visa unit, the officer there gave me a blue paper but didn’t take my passport . He said that I need to wait until the progress reaches 50% in order to hand in my passport. But so far my visa progress shown on emgs hub is still 100% (which is for last semester), therefore I can not hand in my passport, I wonder when can the progress be up to date? Since my visa will expire on November 18th. Appreciate for your timely response

  Kindly be informed that we are yet to receive the student pass renewal application from your institution. As such, you may liaise with the institute for further clarification.
