Dear officer
My name is ZHANG YISONG Passport number is EE1425544，I am a master student of UKM.
Previously, since I didn’t know the expiry date of my visa, I made a renewal application and recently I received a message saying “The applicant currently holds a student pass valid for the entire course duration, expiring on (todo). The correct application type should be an iKad Renewal Application instead of a Renewal.”, but since I have already paid the renewal fee to EMGS, I would like to apply for a refund, and I will also do the iKad renewal again.I sent an e-mail attachment with my proof of payment.My case number is 2780106

  Kindly be informed that the institute is required to cancel the application before a refund application can be applied. Please note that the institution must apply the refund application. Therefore, you may liaise with them for further assistance on this matter.
