At first they requested for an affidavit from the courts to resolve the discrepancy in my names… Which I sent them… Again they demanded for an attestation letter from my embassy resolving to the same issue which I also sent…. Pls for how long is VAL valid? Do immigration consider the validity of applicant\’s offer of admission in issuing the VAL? For example, if a person offer remains three months to expire or register, can the VAL be valid up to let say six months?
