Dear EMGS Officials,
I travelled to my home country Bangladesh from Malaysia. Now I want to travel back to Malaysia to attend the upcoming semester starting on September month. I have read here that emgs have intimidated with all the university about the rules and regulations regarding returning new or existing students. Whenever I asked my university they asked me not to buy tickets until further notice.
Please let me know what is the actual procedure because I can see we can return as per emgs and Malaysia immigration however as per university we cannot do so. Please let me know in this circumstances what you will advice.

  If the institution has advised you not to arrange for your travel to Malaysia, it is advisable that you seek further assistance from them. Kindly note that an approval is required from your institution before we can process your travel authorization.
