did EMGS start collecting new applications that were pending at institutions during MCO period.

  We are processing all application types. However, for new applications, the Immigration Department is not issuing visa approval letters (VAL). As such, the applications will only be processed until the stage where they are ready for submission to the Immigration Department (32%). I have submitted my application to my institute on March 16th for visa cancellation to move under my Embassy visa (as per official agreement with Yemeni Embassy and immigration department).
