I have contacted my university regarding my application for visa renewal and this is their response
Dear Yaser,

Kindly be informed that your Supporting Letter validity is 30 days only and it’s already expired. We already apply for a renewal Supporting Letter for you. Now we are waiting for a new Supporting Letter from EMGS.

Would you please help me expedite the process my visa is going to expire 3rd of June and I still also need to renew my family visa

  We received the request from your institution via email on the 15th of May. The request will be reviewed and upon approval, we will proceed to issue a new e-support letter to your institution.
