Dear officer
I understand how hard is your work but I submitted my passport to the university over than 45 days for renewal and it’s still 90%. I don’t know if there’s anything wrong or what are the reasons of all that delay. So could you please inform me if anything missing in my papers or otherwise could you speed up the process please. I have to go back to my country it’s urgent. My passport no is A28931518 my application no is #########. Thanks much

  Please be informed that, as per checked in our system your student pass will be issue at State Immigration Negeri Selangor and not in EMGS. Therefore EMGS don’t have any information on the passport submission. Hence, you are required to refer to your institution for further information regarding your passport status.
