Hello,my renewal application of student pass started at 13 May but the process is 0 until now .Is that normal?

  If the application status is displaying as 0%, it means we are yet to receive the application documents and payment from your institution. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit the application documents and payment. This will enable us to initiate the processing of the application.
