my one more question is i entered on the date which i mentioned in previous comment i have 11 days validity for VAL then it is ok? while processing for student pass VAL should be valid also or not? please clarify this.

Please call directly to your University and check what documents are pending. Ask your University to submit the pending documents.

I’ve already contacted the University several times. But they claim that they’ve already submitted the required paperworks to the EMGS.

VAL is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

That i know my question is that if i want to enter 1 week before expiry of VAL is it acceptable?

It should be, better to send an email to EMGS and ask them, or ask your university.

People from Somalia don’t need SEV right or you have to get one?

Yea you don’t need sev if you from Somalia, you will get one month special pass visa from the immigration department when you arrive at the airport
