Hello EMGS I hope you are well. My documents were submitted to the immigration department on September 14th. I do understand that when am in this stage of my visa application the EMGS can’t do anything to help me during this matter. We understand your concern. However, we have escalated your application to the Immigration Department to expedite the process. The approval to issue the EVAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify once the EVAL is approved by the Immigration Department.

if u are using mobile,then open it in any browser in desktop mode,then u will find an interface,where you will see ” I’m new” apply,go to this link.then put your info and registered.rest you will understand when go through.
