Dear Sir:
My name is WANGLING, I have changed my new passport and have already processed the visa transfer. I checked my EMGS progress in IO and it is 0, but my old passport number is still in the APP information, and EMGS has always been 100 without change. Could you please help me update my new passport number in the Emgs app, so that I can check my progress in time.Thank you

  My name is WANGLING，I have completed passport transfor.My new passport number is EK6386187, and my old passport number is E29497289,But on my EMGS app is old passport number yet.So that I can’t find my EMGS program.Can you help me renewal my passport number on EMGS app? Thanks very much.
