My name is Zhang Xu. I’m requesting the urgent return of my passport ( EK8589056), as my visa renewal application is currently stuck at 80% and has been pending for over two weeks. The delay has become increasingly problematic, as I have pressing medical needs that require my immediate return to China for medical treatment. I’m begging you to expedite the processing of my visa. This will allow me to go back to China and get the treatment as soon as possible.
Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the specific location and time for my passport collection. I am deeply grateful your help and understanding.

  Kindly be informed that your application is pending submission of additional documents from the institution. Kindly note, the institution is required to submit a copy of VALID insurance cover note and personal bond to EMGS in order for us to resume the process. Kindly refer to the institution for further clarification regarding this matter.
