Hello I’m from Kenya but currently i live in Jakarta , my documents is on 32% for the last one month, and Kenya isn’t listed on banned countries , can any one help me to understand what’s going one here ? Thanks . View

      Hi Xudeyfa,

      Please be informed that 32% indicates that your documents are ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department. However, the Immigration Department is not issuing any VAL for students who are outside of Malaysia as the entry for all new students is on hold.
