Dear EMGS officer, my name is Liu Xuan, and my passport number is EJ2932304. Since I submitted the renewal materials on March 11, the progress has not changed. My rental will expire on April 9th, and I’m worried that I won’t be able to get my passport before then. If I continue to rent a house, it will be a very large expense for me. Please review my information as soon as possible. I really need help. Please help me. Thank you so much.

  Kindly be informed that we are in the midst of preparing the supporting letter. Kindly note, your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. Once the supporting letter has been issued to the institution, they will submit your passport to State Immigration. Rest assured, any update will be notified to the institution accordingly.
