I so worried about my student visa. but my institutions applyed for me by the old passport number of mine,my application arrived 50%. they sent email to just mentioned maybe I need to top up for my visa? how much should I pay? the details I already sent to your office by email. but I am worried about how much I had top up? can u tell me?

It might be for insurance and for that it is 151 MYR.

DEAR：EMGs
May I ask about the question about the photo ,if we apply the student visa ,can we give the softcopy of the photo ,(actually just sent to the initial photo from the photo stadio),cause I don’t have hardcopy .like we should put the softcopy to the CD? and sent to the office?

Please note that you will be required to upload your photo when you are creating your application. If there is further requirement with regards to your photo, we will notify your instuitution and they can submit your photo via email.

1. If your institution has created the application using the new passport, then track your application using the new passport number.
2. Kindy drop an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with your passport number. This will enable an EMGS Officer to check the status of your refund and assist you accordingly.

sorry ,i must explanation,in the course of applying new visa,our university change the academic years,so there is a problem with me ,so now i cannot enrollment this university,i must chose others, so can i ask ,can i cansle this new visa
