  I have the same doubt my visa is on standby for almost 6 months already. If they opened the borders for all international students including new ones why cant they give us a date of when they will start giving us our visas… because we need to plan. When can get update stuck 32%.
Will the new students get visa after 1.1.2021

  Hi,
  
  Please note that the 32% indicates that your documents are ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department. However, the Immigration Department is not processing VAL for students who are outside of Malaysia. We will only be able to advise once the Immigration Department resumes processing VAL.
