Dear EMGS officer My name is XIE ZHANLING ,Passport number is EJ5598926. My renewal has been delayed for two weeks and it is always 90%. Is there any problem? Because I have bought the air ticket of 7th may. please help me deal with and expedite the process . Thank you.
