Did they reply to you regarding how they will handle it?

They said : “Please be informed that we already highlighted your application number to the Immigration Department to expedite the VAL process. Once we receive any update we will notify the institution accordingly.”
I don’t know if they really mean it or they are just answering with template

Have you tried contacting the immigration office before?

Not yet. I only contact EMGS via email & phone

My visa application status has been “In Progress with Immigration” (35%) since the 8th of September. It has now been more than 20 days, or 13 working days, with no signs of progress.

We understand your concern. However, we have escalated your application to the Immigration Department to expedite the process. The approval to issue the EVAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify once the EVAL is approved by the Immigration Department.
