Dear sir/madam
My paspor number is X2139946
So I have arrived at university, and send the copy of SEV and medical checkup from university clinics to international office at 13th nov. The university IO have uploaded the documents to emgs system as well. But then i received notification from EMGS at 15th nov that my post medical checkup still open (the visa and stamped passport already closed)

So my question is there any problems with my medical checkup documents? And kindly advice what should I do next. Thank you very much

  Kindly be informed that we require a medical screening confirmation letter indicating that the student is fit to study. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding the documents.

    Dear Sir/Madam, so yesterday i have updated the certificate at university. And according to the university staff, it has been uploaded to EMGS system. Could you please kindly check and process it to the next stage? Because my special pass will be expired at 4th december.
