Hello Waseela Sarap,
With effect from 1st June 2019, all International Students will no longer be required to undergo the Pre-Arrival Medical Screening when applying for a student pass application. If you have a flight ticket, you can liaise with your institution to submit a Special Pass checkout-memo application. The approval to issue the pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We advise that you liaise with your institution for further details.
