Dear EMGS Officer:
My Application:

My application is with immigration department since 32 days!! What’s wrong??
I need from EMGS to contact the immigration department to check whether my application is with them or it has been lost?

  We understand your concern. However, the application is still pending with the Immigration Department for VAL approval. We understand that the process has taken longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter.
