Respected leader:I am Wang Liying, a PHDstudent in psychology at Lincoln college University. Passport number is EM3739693 (new). the renewal progress has reached 80%. I have to go back to China in a hurry for special reasons.because of the work unit ,that very very important for me .And another important reason is my young daughter came with me, if I don’t have passwort,I can’t go back to China,she is too young to go home by herself,when we came Malaysia we have to bought tickets for August 26, so please help me speed up the renewal and help me get my passport back as soon as possible. Thank you so much and wish you health and happiness.

  Hi Wang Liying,
  We understand your urgency. As checked, your passport was submitted to Immigration on 7 August 2024 for sticker endorsement. This process takes approximately 14 working days from the passport submission date which is from 30 July 2024, however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
