i applied on the 20th of july and my application still says pending and when i track it says no record found. did u do anything ither than filling the authorization form?

For entry permit yiu beed to send an email to your respective malaysian embassy in your country with your passport,flight ticket, travell authroziation form, and your student pass make sure you send the details to malsyain commision in your country before three working days from your fkigut departure

My uni said at least 21 days before flight date

Hi Wael,
We recommend at least 21 days between your application and flight date. The approval to grant you the travel authorization is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

I think you can track your application on emgs website instead. it happened to me also, i cant check through the apps.
