Dear EMGS officer,

My name is wangsen and my Application Number is #########. I have transferred from UKM to IUKL and now my visa progress has reached 80% green. I have given my passport to UKM visa department last week for visa cancellation and they told me to go to UKM to collect my passport when my EMGS progress is at 100% and after collecting my passport, I will give it to IUKL’s visa department for new student visa. Now my EMGS progress has been at 80% and I am asking two questions:

1. whether EGMS has received my passport, whether my UKM student visa has been cancelled and how to check when I can get my passport.

2.Can the Immigration Department put the IUKL student visa on my passport this time, otherwise I need to submit my passport to the Immigration Department again.
