Can student pass process take less than 14 days? And does weekend counts or only weekdays?

  Please be informed that the processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days from the date we receive the complete application documents and payment from the institution. However, the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
