Hi Vivian Saala,
The Institution is required to submit the VAL amendment application on the EMGS system. However, there is no stipulated time frame for the VAL amendment and the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. As such, kindly liaise with the Institution for further clarification on this matter.
