Dear EMGS officer, Hi, I am Varshney Ganesh Lakade. My Application Number is E######### & Passport Number is I0307948. My status is stuck at 5% from last week, it says ‘Pending Approval by the Institution’. Is this normal ? Does it take more than a week to be approved by university? Should i mail to Monash?

  Kindly be informed that your application is on hold pending approval by the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to approve the application. Once approved, EMGS will start to process the application accordingly.
