I’m studying in USM too for International. However my EMGS VAL status is at 15% green. It was stuck at 15% yellow previously for 4 days because they keep asking for my IJAZAH (I’m from Indonesia) but it is not released yet in Medan so I only use surat keterangan lulus verified by USM.
