Where are you from?
I’m studying in USM too for International. However my EMGS VAL status is at 15% green. It was stuck at 15% yellow previously for 4 days because they keep asking for my IJAZAH (I’m from Indonesia) but it is not released yet in Medan so I only use surat keterangan lulus verified by USM. But emgs either keep ignoring/don’t bother reading the concerns we sent. And yesterday they finally did it after contacting them many times. So now stuck at 15% green and I already bought flight and hotel tickets for Penang next week preparing for 3rd Sept (orientation day) at USM. But I had to cancel everything because of how slow they are processing.
Go to Emgs and say for employees she have a reservation in 3/9
