You should receive your val on the same day that it says it’s ready for collection. I received mine today, it was approved yesterday.

My university has not yet sent me the soft copy and the tracking number of my VAL.

They are asking for your ORIGINAL passport. Which means: fly to malaysia and submit your original passport to your university.

But wait!!! You cannot fly to malaysia before you get your val/sev
So please contact your university and ask them to hurry up and send you the val because it’s already with them since the counter reached 70%
