I recieved mine along with VAL on april 2021. Can i use it now with my VAL. VAL is still valid.

I heard for new students, it is valid for 6 months, where is this mentioned that it is for three months .

The TA is valid for 3 months from the issuance date.

I have my VAL and Sev. My val expires on 21st octobar. If TA is valid for 3.months than my TA is expired. What should i do now? Can i get a new TA before my val expires?

Yes recovering from covid doesn’t mean you won’t get it again, you’d still have to go through a quarantine regardless.

At the present moment, the Immigration Department is yet to confirm the process for students whose VALs expired during the travel ban. We will send out a bulletin once we have an update.

We are yet to receive an update from the Immigration Department with regard to the entry for new international students. We will notify institutions and students once we receive the information.

New international students are not allowed entry until further notice. The Immigration Department has not issued a date for the entry of new international students. Please be informed that all international students that intend to enter Malaysia must submit their application to EMGS through the Travel Authorisation form available on the EMGS website: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/student-visa/travel-authorisation-form-base.html

Thank you. Should i just submit authorization form or it is better that my unversity do this step for me. And do I need this aproval to get my single entry visa? Or i can apply by just using my VAL.

I have made contact with my institute {petronas} and they said you should wait as they have no updates yet from government. How is this possible that unversities have still not recieved any SOPs
