Hi Triyanto,
Please be informed that your application has been submitted to the Immigration Department for VAL approval process on the 27th of August 2019. It generally takes 7 – 10 working days for the approval process to be completed.
Note that the final approval is at the discretion of the Immigration Department.Have a nice day 🙂
