Just graduated from USM. I owe a lot to emgs. The journey started here. The loved memory of the eval process will ever be cherished as a beautiful milestone.

Hello, I will visit Malaysia for the last time in September to collect my scrolls. How can I have them legalised up to the Jordanian embassy in Kuala Lumpur? Are there companies that are licensed to offer this service in Penang?

Hello Sumaiah. Nationals of most countries can enter Malaysia without a visa. Refer to Malaysia immigration website. I think Iraqi nationals can enter Malaysia and stay there up to 30 days without a visa. You can also check with any airline company in your country because they have this information.

Hello Rashed. I am a student like you. It depends on whether your application is stuck and where it is stuck. I strongly recommend that you pick up the phone and call emgs directly to get a quick answer. Questions here or through email may take some days. You need the answer faster, I guess. So, call them by phone.

Dear colleagues
I’ve noticed that someone is impersonating an Emgs officer and is asking users to talk to them through a Gmail address. Be careful. The inquiry address of emgs is known to be at the emgs Malaysia domain not through a Gmail or through any other service.

Let us report that imposter to protect our safety.

5 percent means your application has just started the journey towards the eval. It will take not less than 3-6 weeks, especially because there will be some pensing issues from time to time. Anyways, EMGS may give you a better answer.

Hello. I am a student like you. Since it is 90 percent, it means emgs already issued the support letter, right? If yes, immediately call the university to see why it is taking so long for the visa to be issued.

Hi. I am a student like you. Here is my thought: Your university should have got your visa long time ago. You should have submitted your passport to them for that prupose. Check with your university immediately. You said three months passed? I suspect the emgs letter has expired. You may need another one. Check with your university immediately.
