Dear EMGS Officer:
My current Application:
Full Name: MANNAN TOWHIDUL
Travel Document Number: BP0804567
has been withdrawn by my institution USM as per my withdrawal request in different issues. And also a refund request has been submitted. Shall I be able to transfer my refunded fee into a new application ? I mean is it possible to adjust the refunded fee with a new application + the remaining of new application fee? Please advise me as per my another offer letter from another institution attached herewith.

  The refund cannot be transferred to a new application. You are required to make a new full payment for the new application.
