My institution confirmed me that required additional document already submitted by my institution on Aug 27, 2020. But my Application Status still unchanged.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you will be kind enough to update my Application Status accordingly and oblige thereby.

  We are yet to receive the additional documents from your institution. If the documents were sent via email, kindly provide us with the email case number. This will enable us to check the status of the case.
